Ingredients
- 100 gm puffed rice
- 1 medium size onion chopped
- 1 medium size tomato chopped
- 5 tbsp grated carrot
- 4 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp grated raw mango
- 1 /2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Take chopped onion, tomato, grated carrot, raw mango, coriander leaves, chilli powder, salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Add coconut oil, lemon juice and mix it. If not coconut oil, you can choose oil of your choice.
- At the end add puffed rice, peanuts and mix it. Serve it immediately.
