Every household have their own unique way of frying fish , by using their own spice mix. But I believe is, what fish needs the most is right amount of salt at first and then the chilli powder. My mom prepares fine masala paste of her own for frying fish, this recipe I will post soon on my upcoming posts which can be preserved for a week in refrigerator.
This anjal rava fry recipe is a simple one where I marinated fish with a paste prepared from chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Serve anjal rava fry as a starter with lime pieces or just serve it with steamed rice and dal.
